Crash report

This crash is happening when I try opening a specific mp4 file. It only happens with the MPC video renderer. My program is up to date.

i have same problem. i have rx 580 but its has been when installed amd driver Adrenalin 22.3.2 Optional or when i update k lite codec pack.

please fix
