Need app that can identify movie clip properties

There used to be a little free app that came with a codec pack and I think it was this codec pack but not sure as it's been a while since I used it.
when you open trhe app and select movie clip it tells you what format the the video and sound is using and what codec it was created with does anyone know whet that app was!!!
I need to identify what format my movies are on that work with my useb on my TV so I can re-encode a series as it won't play on my TV like my other series I already have.

That is MediaInfo Lite.
