Help with k-line settings for nvidia geforce ti 1080 images blurry
I have a thinkware q800pro dashcam in my pickup and was broken into. Got a 20 sec clip of the perp. Face is blurry cannot make it out no good to police. Have it downloaded on my desktop, amd ryzden 7 1700, asus b350-plus mb, 32gb ram, nvidia geforce gtx 1080 ti video card with k-line codecs installed all default. Anyone have any advice for settings it would be very much appreciated. Thanks

There is no way to magically improve the video quality if it is blurry. At least not dramatically like they do in movies.
You can achieve the best quality possible by selecting "madvr" as video renderer for Media Player Classic.
In madvr settings you can find some settings that may help a bit in your case. For example: Processing > Artifact Removal, and Processing > Image Enhancements.
I suggest to experiment a bit and try one setting change at a time and evaluate if it improves anything.
What I can suggest is to use the framestepping ability of the player to find the best views/angles of his face and make a screenshot (Menu>File>Save Image).
You might be able to clean and sharpen those images up a bit further with a good image editor.
