When i set it to "tur eng" only english subs there

When i set it to "tur" turkish subs are there
https://pasteboard.co/aRd2JzH1Dhdp.png

so when there are 2 subs set, only english one is there.

also in open subtitles page, there are more than 10+ subs for this movie in turkish and maybe 25+ subs as english. they are not found in app. i think this app should use more wildcards to get more results... to show this problem i had to change movie name to match with a turkish sub. normally i could not see any turkish subtitles. but as i say there are more than 10 tr subs in opensubtitles for this movie. even with my pin point title only 1 showed up.

opensubtitle needs account to work? it was not like this before? am i doing something wrong?

Can we have more subtitle providers? bold ones have API for subtitles. other may have too idk. subtitle feature in this software has some bugs and really low on sources. maybe let us add more sources by ourselves for more advanced users who could set api there.

A file hash is used for searching on OpenSubtitles. That way you get the best matches in the results.

Yes, OpenSubtitles requires an account.

It is not possible to add more providers. You should use an external tool to find subtitles if you want more.

ok i understand your answer about providers and respect that.

but about hash is used for searching can you also add naming match to get more results? as i said there were more than 10+ turkish and 25+ english subtitle. and that movie is damn popular. but we get only 4 results. on a yify torrent which is the most popular one.

also you did not answer my problem about tur eng thing. my selections cancel each other or eng is always preferred.

It searches by name if no exact match is found. That will not be changed. Having many results is pointless. You only need the best one.

I don't know why the language issue happens. As a workaround try "tur tur".

I need the best one or at least ONE. i get NONE. i changed names to get ONE. this happens on THE MOST POPULAR TORRENT from yify the matrix. how i am asking to you if hashes are working as u think?

You can use the search box on the results window to do a manual search using the movie name.
