Suggestion: Add extensions for Windows Photo Viewer if possible, whether included in the main pack or as a separate program

I'm a Windows 10 user and I use Windows Photo Viewer instead of Photos, because it's just better. However, Windows Photo Viewer doesn't play the animation on gifs and apngs. Windows Photo Viewer is just a bunch of .dll files, so I think it'd totally be possible to modify it to properly play gifs and apngs. The K-Lite codec pack is the first place I thought of to suggest this, so it'd be cool if it were added to the main pack or as a separate program (if what I'm thinking of is even possible).
