No exe file to do update?

16.5.6 exe file can't be found for download from the website. K-lite says there's an update available. Then it says that i need to reinstall the real file, not an update, because Windows 10 got updated, but there is no regular exe file on the website to install the update. Whatever file i find says that i am downgrading k-lite.
