Hello
My problem is when i am watcing movies i can not watch them as whole i pause it for couple hours and when i continue the subtitle (srt that i dragged onte mpc) disapears the subtitle selection greys out when i drag it again it works normal this happened twice today i started watching yesterday and in the morning i had to drag the subtitle again and i paused and in the noon i had to drag the subtitle again

My system is as follows
windows 10 21H2 19044.1348 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0
I am using lav decoders and madvr
klcp_update_1655_20211115 included mpc

I havent tried anything to solve this issue.

I am watching a movie this is the mediainfo if you need it

The video file is reloaded when the player has been paused for more than 30 minutes. At this moment the subtitle is not remembered if it was loaded manually. That will be fixed soon in upcoming version.

So for now you need to add he subtitle again after a long pause.

Tip: if you give the subtitle file the same name as the movie file, then it will be loaded automatically.

Oh thanks I did not now this why does the player do this? Is there a reason behind it just curious I have enough system resources. Could this be a toggle so it doesnt happen to me Smile

I realized it flashed when i unpaused it is loading the same file i suppose smething happened like clearing cache but didn't think it was reloading the video.

There will be an advanced option for it in next version.

The reason it is done is because on some systems there are playback issues after a long pause due to faulty drivers.
