can't install due to error

windows version: windows 10 home edition

error specific info
I downloaded this file, and ran it by administrator. then this message appears with red "×"

ShellExsecuteEx failed; code 67. can't find network's name

there were any buttons except for "OK". so I pressed "OK" then window disappears. I already downloaded older version(13.1.0) but it won't work either.

please help

This is the first time I see that error message.

Try moving the downloaded installer to another folder on your computer. Also right-click on the .exe and go to Properties. Check if you see an "unblock" button there. Windows sometimes can block downloaded files, causing the installer to fail.

You don't need to explicitly run it as administrator. It will automatically do that (and show UAC prompt).

it's solved and now I can install! thank you! I guess it failed because I ran installer from "download" file which is assigned as Dropbox-backup file. I moved  the file from "download" to "desktop" which is not assigned as Dropbox backup folder and it installed successfully. once again, thank you so much!
