Failed to generate thumbnail for a certain video file

Hello, Icaros doesn't create thumbnail for one of my videos, only this file is problematic, others work just fine. The Windows Explorer just keeps loading for a long time after I enter the folder of the video, but even if I wait for the progress to finish, it doesn't create any thumbnail for the file.

Running Windows 10 Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1288) with the latest K-Lite Codec Pack (Mega 16.5.3).
