Extra Large Icons

I have windows 11 and my extra large icons will not show. I noticed from looking on tech sites that everybody seems to have this problem. Is there anything I can teak in your thumbnail settings to fix this issue ?
I hope that you know that smart screen is blocking all your servers. So to download an update or file you have to switch off smart screen.

Extra large icons are working here in my Windows 11 test VM.
Use cleanmgr.exe tool from Windows to remove the thumbnail cache and then reboot. That may solve it.
Otherwise it is likely a bug in Windows.
