Video shows upside down

Sertain videos shows upside down, dont shutters and play well (Others video, films, downloaded youtube shows well)
I was try 2 versions of packs with fresh install, different output reders and popular-name kodeks and video still show upside down. Also hotkeys to rotate video dont works.
Last VLC player show it as normaly but sometimes micro-shutter.
MPC-BE (2015 1.4.5) show normaly.

Rotate on Windows XP only works with VMR9 (renderless).
I can't help with problems on XP. It is too old. All I can suggest is to re-install your graphics driver.
