Open that folder in Explorer and remove the shortcut that you see there.
C:\Users\JM\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

I have no idea how that shortcut got created. Maybe you accidentally did a drag&drop on that folder in the Start menu when moving the installer file.
