Question about Equalizer

Equalizer.
Can you please tell me which version has an equalizer?
I remember what it was. And now I installed the standard version, but there is no.
In the full version there is no too.
Or what I should do in settings for its appear.

Mega version has option to use "ffdshow audio processor" which has equalizer function.

If you want others, Google for "equalizer for Windows". I don't use any myself, so I can't say which one is best.
