Skip fowrard is slow

Hello
I want to skip forward 2-5 seconds but when i do that in h x265 and enable fast seek on keyfram it's skipping 10 seconds or 11 and i don't want it to do that and when disable it it skipping what i want but with lag and slow like the video below

and what i tried i reinstall the program and download mpc-be and vlc it's all the same
i have the latest nvidia update and intel graphics update
and her is my specs

i got an email said that my hardware is the problem but i don't know why and said change the display form advanced settings in win10 but there is no nvidia option just the intel gpu

and i found an option graphics settings and i changed it and nothing happend

Yes, that last option for MPC-HC is correct.

Look here during playback:
MPC-HC menu > Play > Filters > LAV Video Decoder
It should be using NVIDIA for hardware decoding

ok yes it's using nvidia hardware but there is no solution for this lag showing in the video ?

It lags because it has to do more decoding work when seeking. So no, it can not be fixed with player/codec settings.

You can solve it by decreasing the keyframe distance when encoding the video. If you are not creating the video yourself, then you can not solve it.
