Just a report madvr / mpcvr is broken now....... :/
it keep using video mixing renderer 9 here

Fixed version will be available later today.
As a workaround you can block VMR9 in external filters.

1.9.13.25 is not picking the renderer as well... maybe my problem... :/

You probably used the update pack instead of the beta installer.
This should fix it:
Codec Tweak Tool > Fixes > Re-register base DirectShow filters

glad to ask... working well now without reformat again ... no idea what happen to it
