16.2.2: Subtitles are very blurry in full screen

Hi,

In KLCP Full 16.2.2 subtitle resolution seems to change to something very low on full screen mode
windowed mode is unaffected.

Here is the log file (it Windows 10 Pro and not Enterprise by the way)

I've uninstalled 16.2.2 and installed 16.2.0 (and restored the backup of the settings) and the issue is gone, so something have changed in MPC-HC version 1.9.12.0.

I've the same bug
