cant open g64x video files

i have new laptop hp spectre 360x 14
Trying to play g64x video file with the software Genetec Video Player 5.5 and 5.9
the sofeware dont open
Even when the software manages to upload a g64x video file it does not work.
These are security camera files.
Does anything have an idea how to solve the problam?
