Installation and operation logic.
I just want to put codecs that the video was opened through other players (Windows media and others) and I don't want to put MPC and codec configurations. Installation is in English, everything is confusing and overly complicated. Why would an ordinary user see LAV settings and other things in the tray? This is just a codec, no need to confuse everything, provide a clear installer and no longer disturb. In the installer, it is superfluous MPC, icons, and other "mediainfo".
If you want to open it through another video player, then put the VLC. Why do you need MPC?

Re: Installation and operation logic.
The "BASIC" version of the codec pack does not include MPC.
You can also disable everything that you don't want in the installer.
Many people like MPC better than VLC. If you prefer VLC, then you don't need to install extra codecs.

So I'm talking about this, although I know how to hide it, but I don't understand the logic of the display and this will interfere with many, which were set "by default"
Xdd, delete and install in "expert mode" well, to choose from. There you can choose to show in the tray

You can also click on the icon to open the filter settings. You can find an option to hide icon there as well.
The icon is an easy way to access settings. In case of the splitter, it's right-click menu also allows switching between audio and subtitle streams if a file contains multiple.
