Bug MPC-HC playlists of files wih apostrophe
Bug encountered opening playlists in MPC-HC 1.9.8.137.
I created a .mpcpl playlist of music files.
I noticed that some files were skipped over during playback (of the playlist). Those skipped files had apostrophes in their names.
I noticed the filenames within the created .mpcpl file were missing said apostrophes.
I edited the .mpcpl file to add the missing apostrophes and tried playing the playlist. Once again those same files were skipped.
I created a .pls playlist of same music files.
This time, the playlist file contained the correct file names, but the same files were skipped during playback.
I opened same playlist file using foobar without problems.
Just wanted to point out the bug so it will hopefully be fixed one day. Don't need any support.

When saving the file in your text editor choose UTF-8 text encoding. Then MPC-HC should process the playlist file correctly.
This bug will hopefully be fixed soon. But using UTF-8 is recommend even then.
