Hello
How do I get rid of those green numbers? It keeps going up and down and I don't actually know what they represent.

That is an FPS counter. It is placed there by an external program.

If you have AMD graphics card, then it may be because of "Auto Lag Notification Feature" in the Radeon settings. Turn that off.
