klite breaks some streams on windows 10

situation:

I watch every day and weekends, streams from NFL and NBA on bet365, a betting website. This website have multiple streamings of multiple sports. Every single one works fine before installing KLITE basic, but after installing it I have problems with nba and nfl streams that I cannot even solve after uninstalling. Every other stream from that page works fine, so it seems that for some reason american sports streams have some kind of specific codec that is broken with klite

windows 10 x64
intel 5820k
16gb of ram
radeon rx570 4gb with the latest drivers
media feature pack for windows 10n installed

steps to reproduce it:

watch streams, work fine
install klite
suddenly after that, streams stops working, just a black screen, no sound either

steps that I tried to solve it but don't do it

- uninstall klite
- uninstall gpu drivers
- uninstall media feature pack
- trying on safe mode

- using different browsers, firefox, chrome and edge

nothing of that will made those streams work again

reset windows = streams working again
not touching absolutely anything = still working
install klite alone = streams broken

trying with one pc and laptop on the other
streams broken on pc after klite, laptop working
install klite on laptop = streams broken
reset windows on laptop or pc = streams working again
streams on the phone also works fine.

Uninstalling klite doesn't work, either using klite uninstaller or even revo uninstaller

I do not not what to do to be able to install klite so I can watch my hevc x265 phone videos on my computer without breaking those streams. And I know that the uninstaller says that klite doesn't have anything to do with video on browsers, but in my situation it's the only thing related I can think about.

Are you perhaps accepting the Web Companion offer that is given during installation? That is a optional sponsored tool that blocks dangerous websites and trackers. Maybe it blocks something that is required by those streams.

This offer is is only shown during first install and only to small % of all installs. You can easily recognize it during install, as its page has title "Optional Software Offer" and Accept/Decline buttons.

I don't remember accepting any adware and I usually am pretty aware of those things on the installations, but could have happened that I missed it.

It is called "Web Companion" by Adaware/Lavasoft.

The offer is shown (if it is shown) right before the "Ready to install" page, after choosing the install settings.
