Control keys Empty Control keys

Post by x64 Sun Dec 13, 2020 11:28 am

Greetings, my native language is not English, I use google translate, so I apologize in advance.
Win10 Pro (x64) version 20H2. I am using the 1570 version of the codec because it correctly uses the keyboard shortcut in the player. Specifically, I need to work with the rotation of the frame along the axes in the player ALT + Num1, Num2, Num3, Num4, Num6, Num8.
In version 1570, these keys work the same as in previous versions, making a step by step shift by several degrees, in versions newer and up to the latest version this step is exactly 90 degrees, which I think is incorrect, and most likely some kind of error.
Please correct or add as it was, if it was not an error, so that I can update the codec with the player without losing this function.

It rotates 90 degrees in one direction and 2 degrees in the other direction. This is intentional and is not going to be changed/fixed.

So the fact of the matter is that it does not rotate by 2 degrees by any key combinations, but only by 90 degrees. Check the new version, the 2 degree key combination does not work.
In the MEGA package, others have not tested.

You need to change the video renderer:
Options > Playback > Output

Enhanced Video Renderer (Custom Presenter) supports 2 degree step (in one direction).

MPC Video Renderer and madVR only support 90 degree step. These do potentially give better video quality, so for regular use I would
recommend these.
