15.9.0 Mega Shader Option

With this version, shader options can be chosen in the pre-resiz and post-resize fields
but with the options of enable and disable crtt+P and crtl+shift+P for each single paly of a file.
The features are not enabled or disabled by default.

This is most inconvenient since this is a useless feature that make optimisation for all say, mp4
impossible without extra hassle.

I have reverted to 15.7.0 which simply has a enable disable feature for all files.

This will be improved in an upcoming version.
