[New Feature Request Please] I would like the ability to hide and add toolbar buttons

I personally don't like the speed up and slow down buttons. I would like to hide them. I really like MPC its just that guests to my home always click them instead of the next and previous buttons. Also it would be nice to add new buttons which can be set to call an existing menu command.

If this feature has already been requested I apologise.

New features in the player are very low priority. So don't expect this any time soon.

You can hide the whole toolbar through: Menu > View > Controls
Then you can use spacebar to play/pause (or left-click on video) and PageUp/Down to go to next/previous file.

No problem about the low priority. I reckon toolbar customisation would have been a nice feature and thought I would ask. I'm sure you have lots of bigger fish to fry so its "no biggie".

Yes I do use the page up / down already, it's just my non tech savvy guests who I'm thinking about and keyboard shortcuts are usually beyond them haha. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Btw since I posted this I have installed "Unified Remote" on my phone and it has a neat media remote built in, so if I just show my non tech savvy friends the media remote it circumvents the issue.

MPC is a great player. I love the play next in folder feature which VLC doesn't have. I'm a long term user of K-Lite and think its great. Thanks.
