When I have a portrait video (4K, H265) rotated 90° in MPC (64 Bit) by Alt-3 and taking a snapshot (Alt-I) then the resulted snapshot is cut off.
This bug is in MPC since version of Mega Version 15.4.8 of K-Lite Codec Pack.
Previous versions of MPC did make it right.

Options > Playback > Output > MPC Video Renderer

Then it should work better.
