Microsoft announced end of support for Flash by December 2020.

Any plans yet from developers of the Klite FLV codec on ending support for the codec (windows version)?

There is absolutely no reason to end support for FLV video files. That does not use the Flash plugin!!! You might be confusing it with SWF. But no, there is no plans yet to remove ability to use Flash plugin. End of support also does not mean it the plugin stops working. It only means there will be no updates.
