It may get added in near future.

Windows should normally already show thumbnails for MP3. However, the standard thumbnailer from Windows does not work properly with certain MP3 files.

thx m8, hope it get added soon, and unfortunately it happen to all of my Mp3 files

or maybe it happen because i also modified windows media player in the k-lite mega codec pack installer
