Eurosport player Empty Eurosport player

I downloaded K-Lite_Codec_pack_1560_Full.exe pack and ran. Everything except Eurosport player runs. Help please as my Eurosport was running.

This video cannot be played because of a technical error, please try again. Error code: 232011

Your web browser does not use the codecs from K-Lite or any other codec pack. It only uses its own internal codecs and standard codecs from Windows.

The technical problem might be at their end.
