MPC-HC Subtitles disabled

Hi!

I like MPC-HC because of its subtitles built-in search and download, among other things, but after the last update I got all the subtitles features disabled. The subtitle options are grayed and I can't download them anymore.
What happened?

The installer creates a log file in your %temp% folder.

Can you run the installer again and copy the log here?
