Where is D3D11VA option? Empty Where is D3D11VA option?

Hi, I'm using the latest codec pack with MPC-HC 1.9.6.24 July 8 build on windows 10 pro 64 bit with madVR. Just wonder how do check to see if I'm using D3D11VA option? I can't seem to find it anywhere. FAQ says configuration can go to start-> program-> k-lite codec pack -> configuration, but there is no tool named configuration in the folder for some reason. Does the mega installer auto detect that I'm using windows 10 and auto selected D3D11VA for me? I wonder if I need to manually check this option for best performance.

If you are using Windows 8.1 or 10 then we recommend using the D3D11VA hardware acceleration option in the codec pack for best performance with madVR.

The option in in LAV Video decoder.

By default it uses DXVA2 which is also good. You don't need to change it if playback is working good already.
