Algorithm:
1) i see/listen something(video/audio) or on pause
2) press "Delete" on keyboard
3) show confirm dialog
4) if press "Yes" in dialog file(video/audio) deleted otherwise return to point 1
5) if no video/audio in directory show empty MPC-HC otherwise play next video/audio(behaviour like press "Page Down")

Already has this function.

Options > Player > Keys > Move to recycle bin
