Problems playing 4K movies files after update

Hello there,

I'm new at this stuff so if dont make sence im sorry... ill do my best.

There was an update for my K-Lite software last night (i think im on version 15.5.1 now) which i updated but now i cant play my movies with MPC.... its like MPC-HC is not there even tho ive installed it.... and again just before?!

When i try and play a movie file i get: Windows cannot find 'E:"movie X" 4K.mkv. Make sure you're typed the name... blah blah?!!?

I downloaded the K-Lite Codec Pack tools too but the icon wont open either. "make sure you're typed the name correctly" blah blah...

All my movie files have posters and can be played with VLC but i really like MPC much better.

What am i doing wrong please does any one know, I'm stuck?!

Maybe your virus scanner removed the files without telling you? Or it is blocking access to the files.

Reboot your computer first. That might solve it.
