Can not play video(. mp4) after install K Lite codec pack on Windows 7

Hi. There.
I have video file .mp4. I can not play it on Window media Player. There is only black screen. Then, I try to install K Lite codec pack again and again from Lite to Mega but nothing happened. Please, advice. The following is the Mediainfo of the video file

Windows Media Player uses the Media Foundation codecs from Windows for playing MOV/MP4 files. It doesn't support all video formats out-of-the-box.

Solutions:
1) Rename to extension .video. This will force WMP to use the codecs from K-Lite instead of Media Foundation. Then everything should play.
2) Disable Media Foundation with our Codec Tweak Tool. Same effect as previous solution. This does however break playback in applications and games that need Media Foundation. So not recommended.
3) Use the Media Player Classic player from K-Lite (Standard and larger).

That specific video uses HDR colors, which isn't supported by WMP. So I recommend using Media Player Classic. To have correct colors select "MPC Video Renderer" as renderer in MPC settings.

Thank you so much for your response. I have tried those 3 solutions but I still can not open any video files in Media Player classic. The file video icon also not showing any image other than MPC Logo. What should I do?

Are you able to play this file on your Android phone? My initial tests indicate the file is broken.

Hi. I took this video with my Android phone and played with it(.mp4). It works fine. Then I transferred it to my desktop computer ( Windows 7) and try to play it but it didn’t work. The video file icon just showed Media Player logo. Then I tried to install your K Lite codec pack. I renamed . mp4 to . video and so on as you suggested but it didn’t work. I still cannot figure out what is wrong.

All tools I have tried show errors with this file. So it is very likely corrupted.

Try copying from the phone again. Maybe there was an error in transmission last time.
