Can't play some files after clean install windows 10

Hi, I can't play live TV on DVBViewer after reinstall Windows 10 on my PC. Also I can't play previosly recoded Tv TS files on MPC. K-Lite default settings, audio Ok, No video.

Most likely a problem with your graphics driver. Update/re-install the driver.

If that doesn't help, try a different video renderer in MPC.
MPC options > Playback > Output

Intel Hd Graphics 4600 driver is udapted to lastest. Playing with render on DVBViewer none of them works (even MadVR), with VMR7 and VMR9 randomly one frame shows frezzed and eventually aplication crash.

OK:

First one doesn't work (it is the same one that was installed before). Second one doesn't work neither (I think this one is the same that Windows install on fresh OS install).

Oldest one available v15.40.42.5063 (dated 3/19/2019) work like a charm.

I don't know what might be wrong with the newer Intel drivers.
