does legacy k-lite 13.8.5 support webm?
I'm trying to configure my kid's Win XP computer to view his teacher's *.webm videos posted on Google Classroom.
I have K-Lite 13.8.5 installed, but the browser doesn't recognize the webm file. I have tried a variety of win XP compatible browsers.
I can download the webm file and play it, but not view it in-line with the browser.
Just wondering, does legacy k-lite 13.8.5 support the webm format?

Browsers do not use the codecs from K-Lite. But if you download the files you can play them with Media Player Classic from the pack.
Firefox and Chrome support WebM, but maybe only on newer versions of Windows.

That's the problem- WinXP is too old to run Firefox or Chrome. Download/play option is a good substitute.
Thank you very much!
