The file plays ok here. Properties and thumbnail are also working.
Try re-installing the codec pack.

Re: HEVC fail to play and get information from properties
Try a fresh installation of the pack, with default settings, so without Haali Splitter, ffdshow and AC3Filter.

Re: HEVC fail to play and get information from properties
It worked with version older than 15.4.2? Does it still work it you install the older version now?
It plays correctly for me with 15.4.2.

Re: HEVC fail to play and get information from properties
Also, do not modify the hardware acceleration settings. Your log showed you were using non-standard settings. Your hardware for example does not support hardware decoding of VP9, so enabling that is pointless. And your Intel GPU only has partial acceleration for HEVC, so best is to keep that disabled as well.

Intel GPU (embedded in CPU) not used, used only discrete nVidia GeForce 610 (settings in nVidia control panel, MPC-HC has nVidia hardware acceleration)

Now install 15.4.3 on a virtual machine, can't render. Downgrade to 15.4.0,then to 15.0.0,can't render. Possibly bad update(s) from Microsoft updateAdmin wrote:Also, do not modify the hardware acceleration settings. Your log showed you were using non-standard settings. Re: HEVC fail to play and get information from properties
There were no changes in the codecs between 15.4.2 and 15.4.3, so it indeed must be caused by something outside of the pack.
Since this filename contains Cyrillic characters, try if giving it a name with ASCII characters helps.
Right-click on the file in Explorer and check if there is an option to "unblock" the file. More info:
