How To UPLOAD Subtitles?

I can extract my own subtitles from cable TV and was hoping I could share them with the rest of the world. I noticed that Media Player Classic has an upload feature but have no idea on how it works or where my subtitles will get uploaded to Many thanks for help in this area.

For subs to be useful for others you should sync them to be compatible with a publicly downloadable TV rip.
