MPC HC will not play an AVI file due to a LAV splitter error

I am unable to play this AVI file recorded with a Sega Genesis emulator Fusion 3.64. I always receive the following message in Media Player Classic Home Cinema with K lite Mega Codec Pace which should have ALL codecs

This error means that you are missing a decoder for KGV1 video.

If the emulator has installed a codec for this format, it is possible that it only installed a 32-bit version of it. In that case you need to use a 32-bit player. If you run the K-Lite installer again you can add the 32-bit version of MPC-HC.
