Problem when downloading subtitles

When I press "D" to open the screen to download subtitles, it doesn't show any from opensubtitles. But with the MPC (no codec installed) it's normal, the if I install the codec pack (Version 15.4.0 Standard) it doesn't show. All option are enable (Open Subtitles, podnapisi, SubDB).

PS: English is not my main language, I use the subtitles for practice.

MPC-HC options > Playback > Default Track Preference > Subtitles

Check if that contains the correct language codes. The codec pack sets the values based on the preferred language choices that you selected during installation.

It will show subtitle results only for the specified languages. If you empty the box, it will show all languages.

Both box with "eng" on then and "Allow overriding external splitter choice" uncheck.

In that case you will only get English results for the subtitles. Is that what you want?

If it doesn't show any English results, while there should be, does pressing the Refresh button help?
