Hello.
Tell me, what are you using midi tools to play midi files?
It is very necessary to convert midi to Wav at least, but no matter how many instruments I have not tried, they all sound bad. But here is your MPC player, midi files play elegantly.

It uses the standard MIDI parser DirectShow filter from Windows.
