GraphStudioNext(both 32/64) hangs after launch.

On my computer running Windows 10 Home build 18363.657 (1909), I have an issue as the title indicates.
It never respond to mouse motion and wait cursor keeps on, not possible to kill it from taskManager.
I noticed this problem with K-lite Full package 15.4.0, then downgraded to 15.3.5 but the problem persists.
Does anyone encounter this and found a workaround?

You are the first to ever report this problem. I don't know what may cause it.

I think I found the cause of the problem.
I am using HP Spectre note PC with USB3.0-C Travel Dock(port replicator).
I noticed GraphStudioNext hangs when this device is connected, and works OK if disconnected.
Upgrading to the latest HP driver doesn't fix it.
Anyways, I am happy GraphStudioNext can run by the workaround.
