Better icon packs

The icons of K-Lite Codec is still very outdated. I'm mainly talking about format based icons. The main UI received a dark theme update which is very cool and highly appreciated but icon packs needs to be updated too. MPC-BE has cool dark, colorful icons which looks very good. Different icons for different file formats. K-Lite should have something similar to that as well. I tried using "mpciconlib.dll" of MPC-BE in K-Lite, it works but icons do not match. Can we expect new updated icon packs?

There is an option in the installer for a more modern looking blue icon set.

I can't use that one because the 256x256 icons have "MPC-BE" in it, which would be weird when using it for MPC-HC file associations.

I see. It works in MPC-HC but doesn't match. For example, for mkv it shows avi icons, for mp3 shows mp4 icon, etc. Anyway I just gave it as a reference. Maybe we can have similar dark, colorful icons for MPC-HC.

File associations need to be recreated when using a different iconlib file, because the icons are in different positions within the dll file.

Hmm that makes sense. I don't have the skill to do that I'm afraid.
