Playback seek issue

Hi i have klite codec with windows media player classic , i am an animator and when i watch any video i have to repeat it many times to understand the movements , the problem is when i click back on timeline it doesn't stop at the frame i clicked it has certain stops it snaps back at those points only , its really frustrating for example when i click on 00:10 but it will go to 00:06 and play from there any help any idea please

By default it seeks to a keyframe. For accurate seeking:
Options > Tweaks > disable "Fast Seek"
