K-Lite Codec Pack 15.3.0 (MPC-HC Nightly 64bit v1.8.8.40) Toolbar Icons not changing

I have just installed the K-Lite Codec Pack 15.3.0, however, the MPC-HC Nightly 64bit v1.8.8.40 (Dark Mode) player is not picking up the custom toolbar icons. I have been using custom toolbar icons and its been working so far, except for this new release. I have tried placing bmp, png, svg toolbar icons files in the player directory, no joy. Can anyone please help resolving the issue?

When using the Dark theme, the filename for the custom toolbar is: toolbar_dark.bmp/png/svg

That worked like a charm

toolbar_dark.bmp/png/svg is only for custom toolbar icons. When using the legacy toolbar, these aren't working and the toolbar is very hard to see in the dark theme. It would be trivial to invert the black icons to white or grey I suppose, but this bitmap is probably stored inside the executable.

The legacy toolbar should not really be used anymore. Certainly not in combo with dark theme.

According to commit changelog of MPC-HC, colored toolbars in dark mode will be supported in next version (have a look here), you'll just have to rename them "color_toolbar_dark.bmp/png/svg"
A test version of MPC is already available and works well, so just be patient.
