"Default Zoom" doesn't work. Empty "Default Zoom" doesn't work.

I used version 13.75 without updating.
Now, I have tried the latest version 15.20.
I find that "Default Zoom" does not work, regardless of the setting.
I'm not sure which version the problem started with.
Is there a way to fix it?

Did you enable "remember window size" option? In that case default zoom is ignored.
