MadVR cant play HDR to SDR properly

The info says if I dont have HDR display using madVR will automatically convert HDR content to SDR to display the proper color. So all my videos that recorded from my phone could not play well with it, the color still muted in my monitor. It worked well no problem with all HDR movies I have in disk bu not videos from my phone. Does the format not supported or did I missed some settings? My phone is Sony XZ2

There are several standards for HDR video. For example HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HLG.

Currently only HDR10 is supported by madVR. Your phone uses HLG format.
