Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
I am using a program called serato video used for video djing. When I load videos with weird sizes most often 640 by 360 the videos show up on off centered on the output screen. The wired thing is that if I load the same video on the second opposite channel it works as intended it's not specific to a channel when it happens. You can load the same video twice in the app not sure at this point if its the container or just the wired video size or codecs. Is there away to auto resize those videos when playing or could someone give me some direction.

Re: Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
This is the fault of Serato or graphics drivers.
Try changing which GPU it uses.

Re: Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
Thank you!! I have always chosen which apps use the high performance settings/Nivida card. The app/serato has been chosen to use high performance and the video plugin as well. With klite codecs it plays every video just those of the 640 x 360 and a few other none standard sizes cause and issue. If there are any recommendations I am all ears!!

Re: Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
Have you tried with the Intel GPU? Most apps don't need the high performance GPU. That one is primarily intended for games.
I recommend using DXVA2 copyback instead of CUVID hardware decoder.

Re: Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
Yes intel does not work very well with the dj software. Works really well with Nivida other than the videos resizing in odd places all over the screen. I will change from cuvid back to DXVA2 to see if it resolves my issue.

Re: Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
It is the player which controls the position and size of the video window/area.
To test if the player has problems with certain video sizes, you could do the following test:
1) Run the K-Lite installer again. Choose ffdshow as the decoder for H.264
2) In ffdshow settings, enable the "Resize & Aspect" filter and choose "Expand to next multiple of 16". Or use a specific size of one of your working videos.
3) Play a file that contains H.264 video.

Re: Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
I am sure its the dj software I can play the video in any player and it works fine. Actually if I play the same video on the opposit side in the DJ software it works fine very weird. Oh I did what u said no change.

Re: Videos that are not typical size don't show correctly
Report it to them and maybe they can fix it. Include all the details such as your GPUs+drivers, screen resolution, all video resolutions which have issues, and the fact that it only happens on left side. If they can reproduce the problem, then that is a huge step towards solving it.

Thank you exactly what I am doing..
