Rotating video does not scale correctly

When rotating a video with alt+num3 I can flip the video. However it does not scale the video correctly, it's cut ont the top and the bottom and resizing the windows skews the image. I think this used to work in previous versions.

MPC-HC 1.8.7 64 bit

Use this (default) setting:
MPC-HC menu > View > Video Frame > Touch Window From Inside

Then it should work better. If you are already using that setting, then I can't help you to improve the behavior.

Fixed the skewing but it's still outside the window on the top and bottom. It work in halfscreen only. If pulling it to the edge of the screen and release
