New KMPlayer to MPC-HC user here - Capture Issue
1) Why are capture options disabled?
2) I have been looking for the frame extraction feature like (Ctrl+G in kmplayer) here at mpc-hc but cant find it. does such a feature exist? if so how do I get to it?
3) And how do I set it up to capture frames with subtitles ('Draw to image itself')?
Thanks.

Capture is for recording digital video TV broadcasts.
What you are looking for is "Save image".
Menu > File > Save Image

There are two ways to include subtitles:
MPC-HC Options > Playback > Output > Video renderer > madvr
MPC-HC Options > Playback > Output > Subtitle renderer > VSFilter
Subtitles will have lower quality during fullscreen playback with this setting.
MPC-HC Options > Playback > Output > Video renderer > madvr
MPC-HC Options > Playback > Output > Subtitle renderer > VSFilter
Subtitles will have lower quality during fullscreen playback with this setting.

If you have made a screenshot once, then you can press F5 to quickly make a screenshot again. It automatically uses the same folder and settings as you used in your previous screenshot.
To capture a few successive frames it is best to pause the video and use the framestep button.
