Unexpected error with MPC-HC Empty Unexpected error with MPC-HC

It happened with standard pack version 15.0.0, after I closed a movie, this message appeared:
Unexpected error with MPC-HC 7c0effa5670a5779eb8574cbb305a6bec16bbedd
I can't even close the pop-up (it's busy), and it stays on top.
After I relaunched the same movie, the pop-up had vanished.

OS is Windows 7 x64.
System is stable.

This can happen very rarely. I don't have a solution for it.
